Above Gera Lario, in the hamlet La Pianca 11 km from the centre of Gera Lario, 58 km from the centre of Lecco, 69 km from the centre of Como, in a secluded position on a slope, 11 km from the lake. Private: property 400 m2, terraced garden with trees, meadow, lawn for sunbathing. Hot tub. In the house: sauna, hamam. 12 km long narrow motor access (300 m via unmade road, mountain road). On the lower ground floor: shower/WC. Large terrace, patio. Barbecue, deck chairs (4). Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and Lago di Mezzola. 1 pet/ dog allowed.
