Rustic cottage "Cascina Calore". In the district of Cortiglione, 1 km from the centre of Cortiglione, 10 km from the centre of Nizza Monferrato, in the countryside. For shared use: swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 120 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep., extra € 10 per day). Private: property 500 m2 (fenced) with trees, natural garden, meadow. 100 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 5 km, railway station "Asti" 20 km, outdoor swimming pool 2 km. The pool of the 'Agriturismo dei Fiori' (12 x 6 m, 1,20-2,00 m deep, 01.06.-30.09.) located at a distance of approx. ca. 2000 m, can be used by our guests for a fee of: EUR 10 per person/day.

Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Exit to the balcony. Bath/WC, shower/WC. Oil heating. Heating available only from 01.10. to 30.04. Natural stone floors. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
