Outside, guests may enjoy the use of the private 5x10 m swimming-pool.The medieval town of Roccastrada has all the main types of shops and close by you will find places to try typical Maremma cooking or buy local products. The Chianti area is approx 50 km away, many characteristic and traditional towns in the area merit a visit. Exit to the garden. 1 room with panoramic window with 1 french bed (120 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/bidet/WC. Upper floor: (spiral staircase) open, 1 double bedroom with panoramic window with 1 bed and 1 french bed. Exit to the garden. Gas heating. Heating available only from 01.11. to 15.04. Garden 800 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Very beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, extra). Private garden. The first floor has also an access from outside.
