Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm), 1 pull-out bed (1 pers.). Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave). Bath/WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Terrace 8 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Small, comfortable terraced house "Tista". In the resort Los Alcázares, in a quiet, sunny position, 500 m from the sea, from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Children's pool, outdoor shower, public parking on the road. Grocery, supermarket, restaurant, bus stop 500 m, sandy beach. Golf course (18 hole) 3 km, children's playground 50 m.

Prior to your departure, you will receive the key collection information for your stay, along with your travel documents.

Location Description La Manga del Mar Menor

Holiday centre, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 75 km south-east from Murcia, 30 km east from Cartagena. Supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Many apartment buildings and hotels. Mining history in Cabo de Palos. Nature area of "Cal Blanque" (pretty and hidden countryside with many beaches sheltered by sand dunes). It is possible to play golf in Cartagena.

Summer

Beach, 70 km long. Diving, surfing, sailing school, water skiing, canoeing.

if i knew it had no oven would never have booked it, this needs saying in description, everything leaked, the fan globe smashed and hit my husband on the leg..., was dangerous, the bed was terrible pillows aweful, bedding very old and tired, patio doors in bedroom was broke so couldnt lock it. couldnt use tv as no aps worked in english whole place needs updating ir ripping out would never book again

Thank you for the comments. On the occasion that guests come across some inconveniences, please notify the keyholder immediately for a prompt resolve. In any case, we have informed the owner of these points for improvement. In the meantime the handyman resolved the fan issue, and securing it in the process during this stay. The cleaning team replaces all bedding including pillows for all new guests. Although the French door locks are defective, the shutters can be closed for security.
