Quiet and sunny located detached chalet which was built in 1976. Spacious furnished corner balcony on the raised ground floor and lawn around the chalet. Up to 3 uncovered parking spaces are at your disposal. The chalet Altenried is in walking distance of approximately 15-20 minutes (1 km) of the village centre of Zweisimmen. The ski slope to the bottom station of the cable car Rinderberg is reachable within only 400m from the chalet. The basement floor as well as the garage are used privately and are not available for guests. Raised ground floor: Bright living/dining room with dining table, sofa, TV and access to the balcony. Separate kitchen equipped among other things with oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezing compartment, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster. 2 raclette-sets as well as 2 fondue-sets are available. 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 2 pushed together single beds (2x90x190cm). 1 bedroom with 2 pushed together single beds (2x90x190cm) and 1 baby cot incl. bed linen (60x120cm / 2nd baby cot with the same measure is available). Extra beds (max. one per room (per CHF 25.00/day)) can be provided on request. 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer. WiFi. -> Guests are not allowed to use the chimney in the living room. INCLUSIVE: electricity, heating, water, 1-3 uncovered parking spaces, WiFi, highchair, kitchen and bathroom towels, bed linen (initial supply), final cleaning and visitor's tax. EXCLUSIVE: Filter coffee.
