2 room apartment (45sqm) on the 1st floor of a charming small chalet. Beautiful view to the Glacier 3000 and the Eggli. The house is close to the centre of Gstaad (10 minutes walk). Spacious furnished balcony with access from the living room and the bedroom. 1 uncovered parking is available in front of the house entrance. Importante note: In front of the chalet is a new construction of the neighbouring house. Therefore it might be possible that there will be occasionally some construction noise during the day (7 am to 12 pm and from 1 pm to 7 pm). Living/ dining room with dining table, sofa and TV. Separate well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer compartment, coffee machine with capsules (Delizio) as well as a filter coffee machine and fondue-set. 1 bed room with 2 pushed together single beds (100x200cm). 1 bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
