Practical equipped 4-room-apartment, 80m2, with kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower, separate toilet and three bedrooms (2 with wash basins). The apartment has wall-to-wall carpet and novilon. You will have direct access into the garden. Public transport included in the Simmental and Saanenland with the SIMMENTAL CARD: Overnight guests in the Lenk-Simmental holiday region travel free of charge on public transport for excursions from 1 May until 31 October with a valid guest card. During the rest of the year, all bus lines in Lenk continue to be available free of charge. Incl. electricity, heating, parking and water. Cleaning CHF 150.00, tourist taxes according to actual rates. Important: Bed linen, bathroom and kitchen towels must be brought along.
