BESTZEIT HOLIDAY APPARTMENT Modern 4.5 room flat with a view of the mountains of the Lenzerheide region and the village of Parpan. The beautifully renovated flat has two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds, The flat has plenty of space for children to play. 1 upper floor / no lift / Wifi yes / 2 bedrooms with double beds / 1 bedroom with two single beds / 1 bathroom with WC and shower. The flat is located in the village centre near the church. Also, a good starting point for hikes or bike tours and in winter for the skiing area of Lenzerheide. (The Bellavista 4 holiday flat is in the same house). - the visitor's tax is charged separately and is paid on site by the landlord  (persons from 12 years CHF 3.30 per night / < 12 years CHF 1.65) - Bed linen charge includes towels & kitchen linen - Cot and high chair can be obtained from our office for a deposit. Cancellations up to 60 days prior to arrival are free of charge. For any cancellations, a handling fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained. If a cancellation is made less than 60 days before arrival, the tenant has the right to propose a replacement tenant. The substitute tenant must be reasonable and solvent for the landlord. The substitute tenant shall enter into the contract under the existing conditions Tenant and substitute tenant shall be jointly and severally liable for the rent. The date of receipt of the notification by the landlord or the booking office is decisive for the entitlement to the cancellation fee (for Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, the next working day applies). In the event of premature termination of the rental, the entire rental fee shall remain owed.
