BESTZEIT HOLIDAY APPARTMENT Beautiful 4.5 - room maisonette flat in the heart of Churwalden. The maisonette is distributed over two floors. On the lower floor there is the kitchen, living area, one bedroom and a bathroom. The upper floor has the other two bedrooms and the second bathroom. 3rd floor / attic / Lift / Wifi yes / 2 rooms with double beds / 1 room with bunk bed / 1 bathroom with WC and shower / 1 bathroom with WC and bathtub with washing machine/tumbler The flat is located in the centre of Churwalden in the immediate vicinity of the Coop and Migros shopping facilities, as well as close to the lift stations, the outdoor swimming pool, the toboggan run and the sports shop. - The visitor's tax is charged separately and is paid on site by the landlord  (Persons from 12 years CHF 2.65 per night /< 12 years CHF 1.30) - Bed linen charge includes towels & kitchen linen - Cot and high chair can be obtained from our office for a deposit Cancellations up to 60 days prior to arrival are free of charge. For any cancellations, a handling fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained. If a cancellation is made less than 60 days before arrival, the tenant has the right to propose a replacement tenant. The substitute tenant must be reasonable and solvent for the landlord. The substitute tenant shall enter into the contract under the existing conditions Tenant and substitute tenant shall be jointly and severally liable for the rent. The date of receipt of the notification by the landlord or the booking office is decisive for the entitlement to the cancellation fee (for Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, the next working day applies).
