The beautiful modern 3 ½ room flat is located in a comfortable apartment house built in 2011 at 1'500 m.a.s.l. in Parpan, 5 km from Lenzerheide. In winter, with good snow conditions, the access with the skis is possible up to the house. The cross-country ski trail is in the immediate vicinity. The nearest ski lift is only a 5-minute walk away. From there you can reach the chairlift "Heimberg", feeder to the skiing area Rothorn.
