Cosy and quiet located 5-room chalet (92sqm) in the centre of Gstaad. Garden with lawn, balcony. Laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer for common use are in the basement. Close to the ski runs and ski school as well as to the sports centre. Garage (wide 180cm) and one open parking lot. By occupancy with up to 3 persons (lower price) there is only the ground floor at your disposal. The door to the 1st floor will be locked. Important note: The chalet is located next to a construction site (new construction of neighbouring chalet). During the day there may be construction noise from 07:00-12:00 and 13:00-19:00. Small stairs from ground to 1st floor. 1 toilet/shower. Baby cot (80x120cm) incl. bed linen and highchair available.
