Lovingly furnished, romantic 2.5-room apartment (approx. 65sqm) on the ground floor of a typical chalet, with sunny garden seating area and wonderful views of the mountains and the Saanenland. An ideal starting point for skiing, cross-country skiing, hiking and biking. The chair lift of the skiing area Horneggli is directly accessible behind the chalet (ski-in/ski-out), as well as the ski paradise for children. The Schönried railway station is within walking distance (approx. 700m), as are the dairy, butcher’s shop and bakery for everyday needs. The flat has a parking space and a cellar compartment. 4x4 or snow chains are recommended in winter (steep access). The flat is newly furnished and has a bedroom with double bed (160x200cm, single mattresses) and a sofa bed in the living room (150x200cm, for max. 1 adult or 2 children). Separate kitchen with dining table (furnished among other things with induction hob, oven, refrigerator with freezing compartment, dishwasher, Turmix Espresso Maschine TX, fondue- and raclette-set). TV sets in the living room and bedroom. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub/toilet. Combined washing machine/tumble dryer in the broom cupboard. There is also a small additional storage room. WiFi.
