2-room apartment on the ground floor in a multi-family (4 flats) house. Very nice location a little beyond the village. The cross-country ski run is directly by the house. Ideal starting point for hiking. Beautiful terrace, sunny and quiet situation. Easy to achieve in summer and winter. Private covered parking. Comfortable apartment with open kitchen, dining table, living room with two sofa beds, radio/TV, 1 double bedroom and bathroom with shower/WC/sink. The apartment is ideal for two persons. Nice, sunny terrace quiet situated.  Public transport included in the Simmental and Saanenland with the SIMMENTAL CARD: Overnight guests in the Lenk-Simmental holiday region travel free of charge on public transport for excursions from 1 May until 31 October with a valid guest card. During the rest of the year, all bus lines in Lenk continue to be available free of charge. Incl. bed linen, final cleaning, heating and parking.
