BESTZEIT HOLIDAY APPARTMENT Beautiful 3.5 room flat in a central location in Parpan. The comfortably furnished holiday flat has a double room and a room with two bunk beds. The flat also has a bright, pleasant living and dining area. Triangle house D / 1st floor / Lift / no wifi / 1 room with double bed / 1 room with two bunk beds / 1 bathroom with WC and shower / 1 separate WC Dog allowed, but best time must be reported in advance - dog fee. The holiday flat is located in the immediate vicinity of the Heimberg chairlift and the cross-country ski trail. Cancellations up to 60 days prior to arrival are free of charge. For any cancellations, a handling fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained. If a cancellation is made less than 60 days before arrival, the tenant has the right to propose a replacement tenant. The substitute tenant must be reasonable and solvent for the landlord. The substitute tenant shall enter into the contract under the existing conditions Tenant and substitute tenant shall be jointly and severally liable for the rent.
