3-room-apartment in an apartment building. The house is situated perfectly and has a nice view and a big garden with a terrace. The valley station of the cable car is really close and also the bakery and the little lake. The apartment is located to do cross-country, skiing, walking and hiking. Big apartment with an open kitchen, a living room with radio and TV, a sleeping room with a double bed and a bath room with toilet on the ground floor. In the basement, there is a sleeping room with another double bed and two single beds. There’s also a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Public transport included in the Simmental and Saanenland with the SIMMENTAL CARD: Overnight guests in the Lenk-Simmental holiday region travel free of charge on public transport for excursions from 1 May until 31 October with a valid guest card. During the rest of the year, all bus lines in Lenk continue to be available free of charge. Incl.: Electricity, parking place, kitchen towels, bed linen, final cleaning. Excl.: Washmachine, dryer and internet. There is a little cash box. Please bring your own bath towels.
