Ground floor / no lift / Wifi yes / 2 bedrooms with double beds / 1 bathroom with toilet and shower. The flat is located in the village centre near the church. Also a good starting point for hikes or bike tours and in winter for the skiing area of Lenzerheide. (The Bellavista 6 holiday flat is in the same house). - the visitor's tax is separate and will be charged directly to the landlord (persons from 12 years CHF 3.30 per night / < 12 years CHF 1.65) - bed linen charge includes towels & kitchen linen - Crib and high chair can be obtained from our office for a deposit Bookings up to 60 days before arrival can be cancelled free of charge. For any cancellations a handling fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained. If a cancellation is made less than 60 days before arrival, the tenant has the right to propose a replacement tenant. This must be reasonable for the landlord and solvent. The substitute tenant enters into the contract under the existing conditions. Tenant and substitute tenant are jointly and severally liable for the rent. Decisive for the entitlement of the cancellation fee is the arrival of the notification at the landlord or at the booking office (for Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, the next working day applies). In the event of premature cancellation of the rental, the entire rental fee remains owed.
