Private: natural state property 30'000 m2, garden (not fenced) with meadow, orchard. Barbecue, children's playground. In the house: table football. 300 m long steep motor access. Parking on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 9 km, railway station "Lanciano" 30 km, sandy beach "Marina di Fossacesia" 40 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km.
