30 km southwest of Joensuu, Lake Pyhäselkä 25 m (361, 4 km2). Own, beach with sand/stone bottom, own boat and jetty. Wooden cottage 1993, living room, kitchen with convertible sofa, two bedrooms with two beds in each, dressing room, washroom, sauna (wood heated stove), terrace. Wooden cottage situated by the lake Pyhäselkä in Liperi near Joensuu. Not suitable for disabled persons. The beach faces the East. Slope to the beach. The cottage has under floor heating. Good possibilities for fishing, the cottage has its own boat. Outboard motor and boat to be rented for extra charge. It is also possible to rent bicycles. A separate roofed grill hut. The nearest rapids for fishing are in 20 km distance. The owner makes skiing tracks on the ice. 20 km to Pärnävaara winter sport centre, where illuminated track of 5 km. Reservations start at 16.00 and end at 12.00 (also in weekend bookings).
