Exit to the garden, to the terrace. 1 room 13 m2 with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room 9 m2 with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen 9 m2 (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. Shower/WC. Gas heating. Large terrace 20 m2 partly roofed, garden 250 m2, lawn 150 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Private entrance, smoke alarm. The extra bed that can be booked free of charge is the sofa bed in the living room. Lake 150 m.
