For shared use: beautiful, well-kept terraced garden, 100 m2, lawn for sunbathing. Hot tub, garden furniture, barbecue, barbecue house, children's playground. In the house: WiFi, sauna, steam room, spa area, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Towel change 2 times per week. Motor access to the house. Each apartment has free access to 2 hours to the relaxation area. Hammam "Aqua Life" offers a unique experience with its cedar wood tub filled with spring water heated to 35-40° C. Bath towels, bathrobes and slippers are available free of charge in each apartment. The gazebo is heated and can accommodate 10 people. E-bike shop for a fee. No charging facility for e-cars at the house.

Kitchen-/living room (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher) with dining nook and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Bath/WC. Balcony, south facing position and west facing position. Balcony furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Reserved parking (2 cars). Please note: non-smokers only.
