The charming apartment is beautifully located just north of the village of Amden in the Swiss mountains. The newly equipped, 2 room apartment with one bedroom offers a beautiful view and stunning panorama of the Alps. The location, near the center, is a real asset. The chairlift, indoor pool (with sauna and jacuzzi), restaurants, café (with bakery), and supermarkets are all within a short walking distance. The nearest bus station (Amden village) is almost next to the house. Is a trip to the Walensee or the family ski area planned? - You can reach both areas within a few minutes by car or bus. The chair lift for the Mattstock Amden ski area or the spacious hiking area can even be reached by foot. Free parking is available. Amden is in eastern Switzerland on the northern side of the Walensee. The village offers magnificent mountain scenery but is less than an hour away from the centers of Zurich, St. Gallen, Rapperswil, or Chur. The diverse regions of Glarnerland, Heidiland, Graubünden, or Zurich with Lake Zurich are very quickly and easily reached by bus and train or car. In the winter, the family ski resort of Amden attracts many visitors with its particularly family-friendly ski school or with other ski areas in the area, such as Flumserberg or Pizol, Elm, or Braunwald. In the spring, summer, and autumn, the lake and the mountains offer a wonderful combination and provide a variety of walks and excursions. A paradise in the Swiss Alps!
