Settime 12 km from Asti: Large, modern house "Appendino". Property composed of main house and outbuilding 8 km from the centre of Asti, 2 km from the centre of Settime, 55 km from the centre of Turin. Private: property 2'000 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 8 km, railway station "Asti" 8 km. Appendino House, consisting of a main house and a dependence, is located on the edge of a golf course (currently closed, as of July 2021) in a new development area (currently no construction activity).
