Important advice: By paying the visitor's tax you receive the Samnaun guest card, which will give you the following benefits: Winter: reduced ski passes, reduced entrance into the swimming pool,free use SamnaunBus etc. Summer: Free use cable car, swimming pool/sauna, SamnaunBus, valley museum and weekly activitiy program. Possibility to contact us for any questions you have since we live in the same building.

More information by the provider: 65m2, living room with sofa and little table, bench seat with dining table, two separate double bedroom, kitchen with 4 plate stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher etc. Bathroom with separate toilet, satellite TV/radio, telephone, internet, south facing balcony. Possibility to contact us for any questions you have since we live in the same building. Incl. kitchen towels, bed linen, WiFi, electricity, heating, water, parking. Bath towels must be brought by the guest himself. Travel insurance: We recommend you a travel insurance which can be concluded through us. (prize = 4 % of the rent).
