Private: natural state property 8'800 m2, garden 4'200 m2 (not fenced) with lawn and trees, meadow. Children's playground (swing). 700 m long narrow motor access to the grounds (50 m via unmade road). Parking space n 2 on the premises. Electric vehicle charging station. (exterior staircase), 1 room with 1 french bed and open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), electric heating. Shower/WC. No heating option. Natural stone floors. Patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. Non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. No internal connecting door between the separated properties. Bed layout is flexible.
