Above Pieve 4 km from the centre of Camaiore, 2 km from the centre of Pieve, 39 km from the centre of Pisa, in an elevated position on a slope, 12 km from the sea. Private: terraced garden, 2'000 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, meadow, swimming pool fenced (10 x 5 m, depth 160 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 07.May. - 30.Sep.). Shower/WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, hot tub, arbour, terrace, garden furniture (swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 2 km long very narrow motor access to the house.
