Very comfortable chalet 1'385 m a.s.l., semi-detached, built in 2012. In the district of Juns 2.5 km from the centre of Lanersbach, 4 km from the centre of Hintertux, 12 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, 2.8 km from the skiing area. Private: terrace, garden furniture. In the house: WiFi, sauna, playroom, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer, heating to be paid on the spot (01.06.-30.09.). Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Grocery 2.5 km, restaurant 150 m, indoor swimming pool 12 km. Walking paths from the house 20 m, ski lift 1.8 km, gondola lift 2.8 km, skisport facilities 2.8 km, ski bus stop 200 m.
