The villa is situated in a panoramic position in the Val di Chiana, 16 km south of Arezzo, 15 km from Cortona and less than 3 km from Castiglion Fiorentino (with all kinds of services). The villa lies amidst a property of 8 hectares, surrounded by the garden with a furnished outdoor area for having meals outside and the pool. There is a parking inside of the park.
