Private: property 1'100 m2 (fenced). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace, parking on the premises. Shop 4 km, supermarket 40 km, railway station "Kalmar" 40 km, ferry "Göteborg" 270 km, sandy beach 4 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km. Fishing possibilities 150 m. No more canadian canoe in 2023.
