Outside the resort, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on a slope, 20 m from the edge of the forest, 300 m from the river, in the countryside. Private: property with lawn, meadow. Patio, terrace, barbecue, fireplace. In the house: table tennis, storage room for bicycles, washing machine. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises, single garage. Shop 12 km, grocery 6 km, restaurant 12 km. Tennis 8 km, riding stable 6 km, ski lift 6 km, cross country ski track 200 m. Please note: car recommended. Baby equipment on request (extra). The cottage is in a European protected locality of the Upper Malše basin for rare species of animals, the Close to the UNESCO world heritage towns of Rozemberk and Cesky Krumlov (30 minutes by car). It's a perfect place for nature lovers to watch birds and other wild animals. Hiking, cycling and cross-country-skiing is also possible in the surrounding area. Trips to Austria from the border municipalities of Cetviny and Pohori na Sumave.
