Villa "El Balcon", built in 2000. Outside the resort, 3 km from the centre of Baena, in a sunny position on top of a hill. Private: property 2'000 m2 (fenced), beautiful, well-kept garden 100 m2, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 150 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Oct.). Tennis, floodlit, table tennis. In the house: billiard table, table football, central heating system, air conditioning. Stepped path (2 steps) to the house. Parking (for 5 cars) at the house.
