Apartment block "El Presidente Apartment Rosa". 12 km from the centre of Estepona, 6 km from the centre of Puerto Banús, 400 m from the sea, 500 m from the beach, south facing position. For shared use: park, garden with lawn, 5 swimming pools fenced (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Shower/WC in the pool area, children's pool, tennis, children's playground. Private: small garden with lawn, public parking on the road. Supermarket 800 m, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 300 m, sandy beach 500 m. Sports harbour 6 km, golf course 3 km, tennis 300 m. Object suitable for 4 adults + 1 child groups of teenagers on request only. The owner does not accept any youth groups. One of the swimming pools is heated in winter.
