Below Pietrabruna, 1 km from the centre, in a secluded, quiet, elevated position on a slope, 10 km from the sea, 5 m from the stream, in the countryside. Private: natural garden 300 m2, natural pond. 200 m long very bumpy, steep, narrow motor access to the grounds (via unmade road). 100 m footpath to the house. Public parking 200 m. Shop 1 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bakery 1 km, café 1 km, bicycle rental 10 km, sandy beach "San Lorenzo al Mare" 10 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m, cycle lane 10 km.
