The beautiful 3.5 room holiday flat is situated just outside the village centre in a quiet, sunny location. In the garden there is a playground with swing, sandpit and table tennis table. 2nd floor / no lift / Wifi in progress / 1 room with double bed / 1 room with bunk bed and one single bed / 1 bathroom with WC and bathtub / 1 separate WC Dog allowed, but best time must be reported in advance - dog fee The centre of Churwalden with the Coop and Migros shops, the heated open-air swimming pool, the longest toboggan run in Switzerland and all the lift stations can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. From the ski slope you can get back directly to the house. -The visitor's tax is charged separately and is paid on site by the landlord.  (Persons from 12 years CHF 2.65 per night /< 12 years CHF 1.30) -Bed linen charge includes towels & kitchen linen. -Cot and high chair can be obtained from our office for a deposit. Cancellations up to 60 days prior to arrival are free of charge. For any cancellations, a handling fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained. If a cancellation is made less than 60 days before arrival, the tenant has the right to propose a replacement tenant. The substitute tenant must be reasonable and solvent for the landlord. The substitute tenant shall enter into the contract under the existing conditions Tenant and substitute tenant shall be jointly and severally liable for the rent. The date of receipt of the notification by the landlord or the booking office is decisive for the entitlement to the cancellation fee (for Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, the next working day applies). In the event of premature termination of the rental, the entire rental fee shall remain owed.
