Private: with natural garden 50 m2. 100 m long steep motor access to 50 m from the house. 50 m stepped path to the house. Parking at 50 m public parking. Shop 1.1 km, supermarket 10 km, railway station "Aulla" 13 km, sandy beach "Fiumaretta" 40 km. Please note: car recommended, no lift. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
