For shared use: terrace (300 m2), garden furniture. Heating available only from 25.09. to 07.05.. 800 m long steep, narrow motor access. 150 m stepped path to the house. Parking at 150 m on the premises. Supermarket 1 km, sandy beach "Feniglia" 2 km. Sports harbour 3 km, marina 3 km, golf course (18 hole) 7 km. Nearby attractions: Giardino dei Tarocchi 30 km, Cittá di Cosa, Ansedonia 15 km. Please note: no lift. The tap water has no drinking water quality. Please note: during the summer months water shortage may arise. Therefore the houses are equipped with cisterns with water from deep wells (not always drinking water quality). The access road is partly without side protection.

Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Private entrance. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.
