Rustic, comfortable country house " Gemma", 600 m a.s.l., detached, surrounded by trees and fields. 12 km from the centre of Orvieto, outside the resort Benano, in the countryside. Private: property 8 ha, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (14 x 7 m, depth 170 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Motor access (150 m via unmade road). Parking at the house. Grocery 2 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 2 km, thermal baths "Dei Papi" 44 km, bathing lake "Bolsena" 23 km. The house consists of 3 apartments, 2 of which are internally interconnected , the third apartment communicates with the others from the outside.
