Cosy single-family house "Granado", 2 storeys. On the outskirts Salobreña, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas). Private: beautiful garden with flowers and trees, orchard. In the house: air conditioning. Public parking on the road. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 1.7 km, bar 1 km, bakery 1 km, sandy beach 1 km, rocky beach 100 m (small), outdoor swimming pool 1 km. Nearby attractions: Granada 70 km, Málaga 85 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Sierra Nevada 100 km. Hiking paths: Sierra del Huétor 93 km, Sierra de Tejada 70 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. 1 km West from the house you will find a large hotel with pool area, which as a bar guest you are allowed to use.
