Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Heating not available in all rooms. Balcony, terrace, small garden, lawn. Terrace furniture, box-room. Facilities: safe, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage (1 car) at the house. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded. No mandatory extra charges to be paid on-site except for local tax. Bedlinen, towels, final cleaning and all energy costs are included.
