The house is located at the edge of the nature reserve "Drawski Park Krajobrazowy", in a quiet position between the two lakes Krosino and Okole Wielkie and by the Drawa river. 2-family house "Głęboczek 21", built in 2008, surrounded by trees. In a quiet, sunny, elevated position, along the wooded area, 10 m from the lake, 200 m from the river, in the countryside. For shared use: property 4'500 m2 (fenced), garden lawn and trees. Arbour, children's playground (swing). Private: terrace, barbecue. In the house: trampoline, washing machine, tumble dryer. Available: canoe, boat (extra). Motor access to the house (100 m via unmade road). Parking at the house on the premises. Grocery 5 km, supermarket 12 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop 5 km, railway station 12 km, grass beach "mała przy działce" 10 m. Tennis 5 km, riding stable 2 km. Please note: car recommended.
