Frigiliana: Small, beautiful house "Almazara". Outside the resort, 2.5 km from the centre of Nerja, in a sunny position residential area (villas), 2.6 km from the beach. Private: orchard, lawn for sunbathing, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool angular (6 x 3 m, depth 130 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). In the house: washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars). Shop 1 km, grocery 1 km, supermarket 1 km, shopping centre 23 km, restaurant, bar 500 m, bakery 1 km, café 500 m, pedestrian zone 2 km, pub garden, bus stop 500 m, sandy beach "Burriana" 2.6 km, diving center 2.6 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.

Interior

"Almazara", 1-room house 30 m2. Practical and comfortable furnishings: living/sleeping room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 sofabed (150 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. Open kitchen (4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Shower/WC. No heating option. Patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Distant view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 3 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). 1 pet/ dog allowed. Beutifull cosy Cortijo with all the necessary facilities, only 5 minutes drive from Nerja and 10 minutes drive from Frigiliana. Car is recomended but for those who prefer not to drive there is within 5 minutes walk a restaurant and bus stop that takes you to either Nerja´s town center or Frigiliana. Really spacious, well looked after outdoor areas, parking space, lawn area around the private pool, BBQ and al fresco dining area covered with a pergola. VTAR/MA03491
