Beautiful cottage "I Due Carpini", surrounded by trees and fields. 3 apartments in the residence. 5 km from the centre of Città Sant'Angelo, 25 km from the centre of Pescara, 20 km from the centre of Pineto, in a secluded position on a slope, 12 km from the sea. For shared use: property 2'000 m2, large garden (not fenced) with plants and trees, meadow, orchard, swimming pool (15 x 6 m, depth 120 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.) with salt water. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine (extra). 900 m long steep, narrow motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter.
