Motor access to the house. Public parking 100 m on the road. Grocery 300 m, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 5 m, shingle beach 200 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Como 16 km. Hiking paths: Intelvi Valley 8 km. Please note: car recommended. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. At the ground floor there is a bar.
