Log cotage 1992, kitchen-living room, sleeping alcove with 2 beds, a loft area with 2 beds and 2 mattresses, balcony, covered patio. Entrance to sauna and wash room via terrace. Air source heating pump (also air conditioning). The cottage’s kitchen has a toaster, electric mixer, coffee maker and kettle. On the plot a wood storage shed and outhouse. The villa is located on a pine hill, a steep slope to the beach, steps on the way and a patio before the pier. Near to the plot 30 m away is Vehmersalmi-Tuusniemi road. Fish rich lakes. Vehmersalmen shops and services 7 km, Rauhalahti spa 45 km (Puutossalmi ferry on the way), Kasurila Ski Resort, 50 km, Tahko 90 km, Maarianvaara 60 km, Leppävirta ski tube, spa and restaurant 60 km, Kuopio Airport 42 km. The cottage is bookable from mid-May to the end of September.
