30 km east of Varkaus, lake Polvijärvi 30 m (1.5 km long, 0.5 km wide), deep hard rock / sand bottom, mud at later, at the end of the dock water over 2 m deep, own boat. Log cottage 2010, kitchen, living room sofa-bed for 2 persons, bedroom with double bed and cot, second bedroom with 2 beds, third bedroom with 2 beds, utility room, washing room with shower and toilet, sauna, separate toilet. The yard has a covered dining area and a roofed barbecue place. A wooden passage from the cottage to the pier. In the cottage there is satellite channels and internet. The tap water contains iron, which can cause odour and taste . Client may bring own drink water. Well-equipped villa for a comfortable holiday. About 50 meters away near the neighbour cottage's yard there is a shared play area for children (used by three cottages). Rentable hot tub is located there too. Neighbor cottage is only in owner's own use. The owner rents out an electric outboard motor for the boat, canoe, children's quad bike and wood fired hot tub.
