Private: property 600 m2 (fenced) with trees, natural garden, parking on the premises. Grocery 50 m, railway station "Viareggio" 12 km, sandy beach "Lido di Camaiore" 9 km. Please note: car recommended, no lift. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Reserved parking (fenced 3 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.
