On the lower ground floor: open large living room 20 m2 with TV. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/bidet/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (135 cm, length 190 cm), bath/WC and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. View of the sea and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 3 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Suitable for families. In the lower part of the house is a semi-basement and there is a lounge/games room with fridge, coffee machine, ping pong table and tv. The house is 15 minutes’ walk from the supermarket Supersol. The beach of Burriana can be reached in 20 minutes and the center of Nerja in about 30 minutes. Close to the house there is a bus stop which goes all over the village.
