For shared use: property 5'000 m2 (fenced), terraced garden with trees, meadow. Private: swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 70 - 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). In the house: washing machine (for shared use). Narrow motor access (mountain road). Parking at the house at 50 m on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 4 km, railway station "Alba" 20 km.
