Single-family house "La Sperduta", detached. 1.8 km from the centre of Piazza di Montignoso, 9 km from the centre of Massa, outside the resort, 47 km from the centre of Pisa, in a secluded position on a slope, 7 km from the sea, in the countryside, in the woods. Private: terraced garden, 4'000 m2 (fenced) with trees, natural garden. 1.3 km long steep motor access (via unmade road). Stepped path to the house. Parking on the premises. Grocery 1.8 km, railway station "Massa" 9 km, sandy beach "Cinquale" 7 km. Please note: car recommended.

3-room house 70 m2 on 2 levels. Practical furnishings: 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm), fan. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm), fan. Exit to the garden, to the balcony. On the lower ground floor: (spiral staircase). Kitchen-/living room (oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, satellite TV and wood-burning stove. Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. No heating option. Balcony, terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Beautiful view of the mountains and the forest. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Reserved parking (fenced 2 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only.
