Private: beautiful, well-kept garden 700 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, courtyard, swimming pool (above ground) (4.3 m diameter, depth 115 cm, seasonal availability: 30.May. - 12.Sep.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 150 m long bumpy motor access to the house. Parking on the premises.
