On the outskirts, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 50 m from the edge of the forest, in the countryside, south-west facing position. Private: natural state property. Patio, terrace. In the house: WiFi. Motor access to 200 m from the house. 100 m footpath to the house. Public parking 200 m on the road. Shop 11 km, grocery, restaurant 700 m, bus stop "Linie 215 Grono Rossa Postauto" 600 m, railway station "Bellinzona" 25 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m.
